1/2 | cup | blue cheese salad dressing | |

4 | (8-inch) flour tortillas or wraps | ||

4 | Romaine lettuce leaves | ||
|
|||
4 | slices | bacon, cooked and drained | |
|
|||
2 | green onions, thinly sliced | ||
|
|||
8 | ounces | cooked chicken, chopped | |
|
|||
2 | plum tomatoes, cut into thin wedges | ||
|
|||
1/2 | cup | mozzarella cheese, shredded | |
|
Spread salad dressing evenly over tortillas.
Top with lettuce, bacon and green onions.
Add the chopped chicken, tomatoes and mozzarella cheese; roll up tortillas.
Wrap in plastic wrap and chill for up to 4 hours to blend flavors. Cut in half and serve.
